Where We Ship
We currently ship to U.S. addresses, including P.O. Boxes (via USPS). Private carriers (UPS/FedEx) require a street address and can’t deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You’ll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Timeframes
Most U.S. orders arrive within 1 week of the purchase date. Delivery estimates begin after the order leaves our facility and can vary due to carrier volume, weather, or address issues.

Free standard shipping on orders $49+ (U.S.)

$4.99 flat rate for orders under $49
Exact options and rates (including any expedited options) are shown at checkout based on your address and cart. - International shipping is $14 for the first book and for each additional book it is $10.50.
Order Tracking
A tracking link will be emailed when your order ships. Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after the first carrier scan.
Address Changes & Cancellations
Need to update or cancel? Contact us ASAP with your order number. We’ll try to help, but once an order is processing or shipped, changes aren’t guaranteed.
Preorders & Backorders (if applicable)
Preorder/backordered items ship when available. If an order contains both in-stock and preorder items, we may ship together when all items are available (or split shipments at our discretion). Estimated ship windows appear on product pages.
Undeliverable, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days after the last scan, contact us and we’ll assist with a carrier investigation.

For packages marked Delivered but not received, please check with household members and neighbors and contact the carrier; we’ll help where we can.

If your items arrive damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product so we can make it right.
Holiday & Peak Periods
During holidays or major releases, processing and transit times may be longer. Any known delays or shipping cutoffs will be posted on our site.
